My journey began in a professional kitchen at just 13 years old. Over the last 26 years, that early spark has evolved into a relentless pursuit of mastery. Having spent over a decade at the helm of London’s most prestigious catering firms and luxury hotels, I eventually stepped away from the commercial kitchen to bring a more intimate, bespoke experience to private households.

 

My portfolio is as diverse as it is distinguished. I have had the honor of crafting menus for British and Middle Eastern Royal Families, world leaders, and icons of the stage, screen, and sport. From managing large-scale, high-pressure events to the nuanced precision required for a private family dinner, my focus remains the same: a commitment to the craft and a global perspective on flavor.
