I started my career as a chef at the age of 13 and for more than 20 years have continued to gain new skills and knowledge to improve my craft.
Food and travel have always been my passions and I have used my experiences to inspire my menus and culinary creations.
I have been fortunate enough to work for some of London’s leading caterers and great chefs and have over 15 years of experience in dealing with large sale events, managing a London restaurant and working in the hotel industry. In 2016 I decided start my own business and started working for private households and individuals directly.
In my career I have catered for many high-profile individuals and families including Royal families from both the UK and Middle East, world leaders, musicians, film stars and sport professionals.
I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe and Africa, India and Asia providing events functions where I have picked up many different inspirations.
