I charge my day rate, a job which includes the shopping and organising the prep day which will be needed for prepping canapés, dinner for the party.
I also charge for food costs and millage,
This approach tends to be more costs effective for my clients rather than charging a cost per head or per course. I am not Ltd so I don't charge you VAT, I provide you my invoice.
I also have my own plates, cutlery, cotton napkins, canapé trays ect that I provide free charge
I do have wait staff available. I would suggest wait staff who will serve drinks, serve canapés, make cocktails and serve drinks, provide table service throughout the meal and clean down etc.
Each wait staff is based on a minimum of 6 hours at £25 per hour plus travel £30.
